Policies
Orders placed through the optional Arizona Spray Equipment Shopping Cart are subject to the following Shipping and Return Policy.


Shipping Policy

When completing a purchase with the Arizona Spray Equipment Shopping Cart your product will be shipped to you by UPS. A packaging and handling fee may be charged and this fee is shown along with the shipping charges during checkout.

On completion of an order you will be sent an email confirming your purchase. All orders will be processed within 72 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. A shipment confirmation email with a package tracking number will be sent when the items ship.


Return Policy

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receipt.
  • Return instructions and address will be included in the shipment. 
  • Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
  • For a full refund there can be no sign of wear or damage on the returned items. 
  • Please include a copy of the packing slip with the return so the return can be processed promptly. 
  • Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only in cases of error or damaged shipments. 
  • Returns must be sent prepaid and include a package tracking number to insure delivery.

Items that are Not Returnable

  • Custom Equipment 
  • Electrical items that have been opened and/or connected to a power source 

Exchanges
